- TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE PAYMENT FOR PLAYSCAPE
POWER SUPPLY.
Please note we DO NOT supply power. Power is Client’s responsibility for items that require it, while we bring in connection cables of up to 20 feet. Our required rating for castles pump is 220v & minimum 1200watts.
RESERVATION POLICY
Reservation of date is confirmed based on financial commitment of 100%. Service is due upon receipt of 100% payment.
POSTPONEMENT POLICY
In the Event of a postponement , terms will apply as listed below. Second postponement is considered a cancellation.
- 1-7 days prior to the event 40% of the value of the contract will be charged, & 60% moved towards the new date.
- 8-14 days prior to the event 20% of the value of the contract will be charged, & 80% moved towards the new date.
- 15 days and above prior to the event Full credit would be forwarded to the new date.
- In the event that a new booking is made for same items for same date , up to 100% value can be forwarded to the new date.
- Please note Items are subject to availability, in this case a replacement is suggested with no store credit or refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the Event of a cancellation , terms will apply as listed below. Second postponement is considered a cancellation.
- 1-8 days prior to the Event 70% of the contract fee will be charged and 30% refund made.
- 9-16 days prior to the Event 40% of the contract fee will be charged and a 60% refund made.
- 17 days above prior to the Event 10% of contract fee would be charged to cover up the administrative costs of cancelling the Event 90% refund will be made.
- In the event that a new booking is made for same items for same date , up to 100% value can be forwarded to the new date.
FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- Delivered items that develops a fault or is clearly defective from us will be processed for replacement or refund accordingly.
- Items damaged by Clients or guest will be charged for accordingly.
DELIVERY & RETRIEVAL
Delivery of items would be carried out as agreed with client & Items would be retrieved by 7PM . Further use of items by clients after Event would attract additional charge.
- Items delivered but not used due to cancellation or whatever reason that wasn’t communicated prior to delivery is categorized as complete and subject to no refund.
- For clients picking up items, A failed pickup by client is subject to no refund.
- Our delivery team will have a wait period of not more than 10minutes for entry access, before they leave and re-delivery will be arranged at a fee.
ACT OF GOD
In an event of natural disaster, loss of life, emergency lock down, protest or whatsoever excluding rain. An event postponement or cancellation can be discussed for mutual benefits. But whatever the case maybe we will have to charge not less than 50% of Subtotal.
Refund will be treated within 24hour – 72hours after processing.
