Asides our experience we have gathered over the years. We strive for outstanding customer service and satisfaction and have been noted for our well maintained, clean, reasonable rental rates and friendly, professional staff. We have the LATEST TRENDS of inflatables and other INTERACTIVE GAMES, which can handle many sizes or types of events from a backyard birthday party to a large corporate event or fundraiser for 1000+ guests.
We are not responsible for an act of God. Weather forecast is expected to be checked by client before planning an outdoor event.
We do have a delivery fee based on specific location. And a 10% service charge. If you have any questions on delivery fees or your specific location availability, please visit our Delivery Area page for more info. You can also call us at +2348188883015 and we will be happy to assist you.
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive 1-3 hours before the Event begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance.
No. We do a deep clean after every use once a week, so they are in a 100% perfect condition. We pride ourselves on cleaniness.
Yes. The blower keeps air in the inflatable the entire time. Once unplugged, they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 50´ of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you’ve ordered or you may contact our office. Click here
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If, however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. your guest not adhering to our play terms,) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the item, etc. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have our safety rules so that you and your guests can be safe and our items undamaged.
Power is to be provided by client. We are unable to transport petrol in the same van as the play items. This can leave a smell on pvc and can pose a threat to kids if inhaled.
