We set up between 1- 6hours ahead of Event start time.

We have never had history of dirty castles, we have stayed true to our brand promise of Cleaniness. All our units are in excellent conditions as we deep clean after each use.

Yes. The blower keeps air in the inflatable the entire time. Once unplugged, they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 50´ of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

We require a 100% down payment to secure your booking and all payments are to be made Online or E-Payments as we do not accept cash.

Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If, however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. your guest not adhering to our play terms,) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the item, etc. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have our safety rules so that you and your guests can be safe and our items undamaged.

Power is to be provided by client. However, if power is needed, we can help or refer you to rent a generating power set.
