WHITE KING DOME CASTLE

POWER:

We will need power points for our equipment. The castle must be within 10m of power – don’t worry, we supply the extension cords!

ACCESS:

Minimum 1.5m access

No stairs to setup area. Flat, level access close to parking required (no pebbles, gravel or steep incline).

This castle cannot be setup on gravel, mud or sand under any circumstance.

Please note that if any incorrect details are provided knowingly, your entire booking fee will be forfeited if access requirements are not met on the day.

DELIVERY & RETRIEVAL

We aim to arrive at least one hour prior to your booking *start* time to ensure we are setup with plenty of time to spare. Once booked with us, we confirm all deliveries prior. Also note pack up is from 7pm as usage after then will attract additional charges.

SERVICE:

There is a 10% service charge on your subtotal at check out, and delivery rates are depending on your zones/location.

*Strictly NO face paint on our WHITES please. Face paint stains PVC permanently. If face paint is found to have stained our products, you may be liable for replacement of goods*
