POWER:

Power is 100% clients responsibilities, we do not provide this. Don’t worry, we supply the extension cords of between 10meters – 20meters! And item requires power to stay up, required voltage is minimum 1.2kva.

ACCESS:

Flat level surface is required to set up (no pebbles, gravel, muds or steep incline).

This castle cannot be setup on gravel, mud or sand under any circumstance.

Please note that if any incorrect details are provided knowingly, your entire booking fee will be forfeited if access requirements are not met on the day.

DELIVERY:

We aim to arrive latest one hour prior to your booking start time to ensure we are setup with plenty of time to spare. And our Pack up time is 7pm, any time later that this attracts an additional fee and must be booked for prior to delivery. 

SERVICE:

There is a 10% service charge on your subtotal at check out, and delivery rates are depending on your zones/location.

*Strictly NO face paint on our WHITES & Pastel colors please. Face paint stains PVC permanently. If face paint is found to have stained our products, you may be liable for replacement of goods*

Kindly ensure to confirm sizes before booking as we wont be liable for wrong sizing, and all of our sizes are stated in FT.
