Setup must be on a flat, level surface (no mud, gravel, pebbles, or steep slopes).
We cannot set up on gravel, sand, or muddy ground—no exceptions
🚚 Delivery & Pack-Up
We aim to arrive at least 3 hour before your event starts for setup.
Pack-up is at 7:00 PM. Later pickups attract an extra fee and must be booked in advance.

A 10% service charge applies at checkout.

No face paint on white or pastel items—it permanently stains!
Stained items may need replacement at your cost.
