⚡ Power

• Power supply is 100% the client’s responsibility – we do not provide it.

• We’ll bring extension cords (10m–20m) to help connect.

• Equipment needs a minimum of 1.2kva power to stay inflated.

🚧 Access Requirements

• Setup must be on a flat, level surface (no mud, gravel, pebbles, or steep slopes).

• We cannot set up on gravel, sand, or muddy ground—no exceptions

🚚 Delivery & Pack-Up

• We aim to arrive at least 3 hour before your event starts for setup.

• Pack-up is at 7:00 PM. Later pickups attract an extra fee and must be booked in advance.

🛠 Service & Fees

• A 10% service charge applies at checkout.

• Delivery fees vary by your location/zone.

🎨 Important Rules

• No face paint on white or pastel items—it permanently stains!

• Stained items may need replacement at your cost.

• Please confirm all sizes in feet (FT) before booking. We are not liable for size errors.
